Products, Purchasing & Payment
Whilst every effort has been taken to accurately portray the items and colours of our products that appear on the website, colour representation can depend on your computer monitor and therefore there may be some difference in the product you receive. We will take all reasonable care to ensure that all details, descriptions and prices of products appearing on the website are correct at the time of ordering. We do, however, reserve the right to refuse orders where the product information, including but not limited to prices and promotions has been incorrectly published. Prices are subject to change without notice. We will take all reasonable care, in so far as it is within our power to do so, to keep the details of your order and payment secure, but in the absence of negligence on our part we cannot be held liable for any loss you may suffer if a third party procures unauthorised access to any data you provide when accessing or ordering from the web site. We currently use PayPal as our payment gateway for either card processing or direct account payment. We do not have access to any of your banking details.
Complaints

Cancellations
You have 30 days after delivery of your purchase to cancel your order. After 30 days we are unable to accept cancellations, returns or issue refunds. Please contact us on dolliebabiesoutfits@aol.com to initiate a cancellation.

Non-acceptance of an order may, for example, result from one of the following reasons: we are unable to process your payment; or product information, including prices and promotions, was incorrectly published.
