Returns Policy

Returns can be made for 30 days from the day the product was delivered to you.

Returns are processed within 2 working days of the product arriving back to us.

Returned items should be in an unused, resalable condition and still in their original packaging if possible otherwise they need to be suitably packaged to avoid any damage during transit back to us.

If your product was damaged on arrival

Please email us at dolliebabiesoutfits@aol.com to let us know your product was damaged on arrival. Please include photos of the damaged packaging and the damaged product. We will immediately initiate a full refund and there will be no need for you to return the product to us.

If your product is defective

Please email us at dolliebabiesoutfits@aol.com to let us know your product is defective. Please also include photos of the defective item paying particular attention to the defective area. We will immediately initiate a full refund and there will be no need for you to return the product to us.

If you have received the wrong product or the goods are not as described

Please email us at dolliebabiesoutfits@aol.com to let us know you have received the wrong product or the goods are not as described. Please include photos of the item you have received in error or not as described for clarification. We will then ask you to return the product to us first in an unused, resalable condition. We will cover the cost of the return in this instance and will make the necessary arrangements with you. Once the product has been received by us, we will inspect it within 2 working days, and once approved, we will issue a full refund.

If you wish to cancel an order

Please email us at dolliebabiesoutfits@aol.com to advise us you wish to cancel your order. If your order has not already been processed, then a full refund will be initiated immediately.

If your order has already been processed but not yet in transit, then we will immediately issue a refund for the product only, as you are responsible to pay postage costs in this instance.

If your order is still in transit, then once you have taken delivery of it, we will ask you to return the product to us in an unused, resalable condition. You will be responsible for the return costs. Once the product has been received by us, we will inspect it within 2 working days, and if your cancellation is approved, we will issue a refund for the product only, as you are responsible to pay postage costs in this instance.

If your order has already arrived, we ask you to return the product to us in an unused, resalable condition. You will be responsible for the return costs. If you have changed your mind

Please email us at dolliebabiesoutfits@aol.com to let us know that you have changed your mind. Please also advise us as to whether you wish to cancel your order or exchange it for another product.

Exchanges

Please email us at dolliebabiesoutfits@aol.com to let us know that you wish to exchange your item. We will ask you to return the item you wish to exchange to us in an unused, resalable condition. You will be responsible for the return costs. Once the product has been received by us, we will inspect it within 2 working days, and once approved we will contact you regarding the product you want to exchange it for.

If the product you want to exchange it for is of a greater price than the exchanged item, we will raise an invoice for the price difference with postage costs on top as you will be responsible for the postage costs in this instance. Your exchange will then be posted out to you upon cleared payment of this invoice.

If the product you want to exchange it for is of a lesser price than the exchanged item, we will still raise an invoice for the postage costs which you are responsible for, less the price difference between both items. Your exchange will then be posted out to you upon cleared payment of this invoice.

Should the item you wish to exchange it for becomes unavailable, we will instead issue you with a refund for the cost of the returned product less the original postage costs.
