If your product was damaged on arrival
Please email us at dolliebabiesoutfits@aol.com to let us know your product was damaged on arrival. Please include photos of the damaged packaging and the damaged product. We will immediately initiate a full refund and there will be no need for you to return the product to us.
If your product is defective

If you have received the wrong product or the goods are not as described
Please email us at dolliebabiesoutfits@aol.com to let us know you have received the wrong product or the goods are not as described. Please include photos of the item you have received in error or not as described for clarification. We will ask you to return the product to us first in an unused, resalable condition. We will cover the cost of the return in this instance and will make the necessary arrangements with you. Once the product has been received by us, we will inspect it within 2 working days, and once approved, we will issue a full refund.
If you have changed your mind
Please email us at dolliebabiesoutfits@aol.com to let us know that you have changed your mind and would like a refund. We will ask you to return the item you wish to exchange to us in an unused, resalable condition. Once the product has been received by us, we will inspect it within 2 working days, and once its condition is approved, we will issue a refund for the product only, as you are responsible to pay postage costs in this instance.
If you need to return an item to claim your refund, please ensure your return is appropriately packaged so it is not damaged during transit back to us. If the return is damaged due to insufficient packaging, you will be liable for the loss in value which will affect the amount of refund you will receive.
